Shipping Policy
- The shipping will be done in India Only, subject to serviceable location from our delivery partner. We currently do not offer International Shipping.
- Shipping of the goods ordered will be subject to receipt of the full value of the goods and shipping charges, if and as applicable.
- Free shipping will be available for orders above ₹ 5000/-.
- Goods will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of order and payment. Business days exclude Weekly Holiday (Sunday) and any other Public Holidays.
- Shipping / delivery exceptions: The shipping and / or deliveries may be delayed in case of force major situations.
- Shipping charges, if extra, will be based at a certain minimum value and will be based on volumetric weights.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order on our website or the delivery partner’s website.
- We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review this policy regularly for any updates.

- We accept returns within 7 calendar days of order delivery.
- Items of intimate nature, such as bicycle shorts and bicycle jerseys will not be eligible for returns.
- For the item to be eligible for return, the same must be unused and should be with original packing. The item should be accompanied with the proof of purchase.
- The item being returned should be shipped at your own cost.
- Once the item is received at our end, the same will be evaluated and we will intimate you about the eligibility of the refund.
- If the item is approved for refund, the payment will be made to the account used for purchase (original payment method used). Qui Vive Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any delays or errors from payment gateways. The refund will be processed after deducting the GST which has been billed.
