RETURNS
You have 7 days to Return an item from the date of delivery. Upon approval, refund will be initiated to the same payment mode used to pay for the order. You can also opt for store credit, which can be utilised for future online purchases at myfdv.com
Replacement orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

RETURN METHODS
There are two simple ways to return products
1. Doorstep Pickup: We offer a paid pick up service across most locations in India. This service is available at a flat fee of Rs 250.
2. Self Ship: If you would prefer to ship the product back to us or if we don’t offer a reverse pickup at your pin-code, you can courier the item back to our warehouse
To be eligible for a Return, please make sure of the following:
· Products must be unused, unwashed and in re-sellable condition.
· Products must be in their original condition with all original tags, manuals, and packaging intact.
· Packaging should not be damaged, broken, opened or tampered with
· You need to have a receipt or proof of purchase
· All promotional items shipped along with the purchased item must be returned
· All products are to be securely packed to ensure there are no damages or loss of parts during transit.
EXCLUSIONS
The following product categories cannot be Returned or Exchanged –Badminton Shuttlecocks (Feather & Nylon), Badminton Strings of all makes and types, Bicycle Frame/Saddle Bag/s, Pannier Bags and Racks, Yoga Mats of all kinds and measurements, Work Stands, Tool Kits, Pannier Racks, Refurbished Items cannot be Returned or Exchanged.

Please note that we will not be held responsible for products sent back to us without a written confirmation or approval from us to initiate a return of the product back to our warehouse.
RETURN PROCESS
· Initiate a Returns via our Returns Portal.
· Once the Return has been Approved - a Pickup will be Arranged from Your Location If you have opted for Doorstep Pickup, a Return Address will be shared with you so that you can send in the item to our warehouse.
· Upon receipt of your item, we will thoroughly inspect and run the Quality Check (QC) of the Product(s). If QC is approved, refund will be initiated to the same mode of payment used while placing the order.
· In case of QC Failed, Product will be shipped back to your Address at your cost.
RETURN INSTRUCTION
Before handing over the product the courier company, item(s) should be packed properly to ensure the item does not suffer any transit damage which could lead to a rejection of the return.
NOTE:- Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 4-5 business days.
